Tshangla is spoken in Eastern Bhutan and acts as a lingua franca in the country particularly among Sharchop communities. Tshangla language is the principal pre-Tibetan (pre-Dzongkha) people of Bhutan.〔 ==Classification== Tshangla is frequently assumed to be close to the Tibetic languages.
